He brought a Michelin star experience into our home — all courses were delicious and unique, and you could tell Alex put a ton of thought and preparation into each (from a sauce that had been fermenting For a year, to ribs that were sous vide for 72 hours). Alex took the time to explain each dish and shared his background as a chef - making for a very memorable experience. We were all blown away by every dish!

It was hands down one of the best dining experiences we have had and the value was unbeatable. Alex went above and beyond all expectations, and even left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived :). Alex is passionate about the flavors, textures, beauty, presentation, stories, and location of food. It made for a dining experience we will never forget.

Everything he prepared was thoughtfully combined with unusual touches like black garlic he created by dehydrating bulbs for 3-weeks… the boiled egg he pickled in hibiscus’s and served over aioli topped with a flavorful onion flower bud. So many courses, all shared with delightful stories about foraging ingredients with his young son, his mother’s gnocchi, or his time as a chef at Michelin star restaurants.

Seven courses, perfectly paced which is amazing since he was solo… Others have raved about the beautiful curated serving pieces for each course. It’s all true! My only regret is we didn’t have other loved ones with us to share this experience. They will no doubt feel a twinge of envy as we share tales of this meal to remember.”
